Regulation table. Irregular occupant.

Pool Cat, a round low-poly charcoal and cream cat, sitting on green pool table felt

The eight ball has requested a larger pocket.

House Rules

Pool Cat arrived before the rack and selected the middle of the felt. Cues now approach from a respectful distance. The corner pockets remain open, technically, though nobody has tested them. He does not chase the balls. He waits for them to reconsider their route. The eight ball has moved behind the chalk and refuses to comment.

  • Center Spot

Occupied before the triangle leaves the felt.

  • Cue Policy

Wooden sticks may point, never negotiate.

  • Pocket Control

All six remain open at his discretion.
